Page 43 Westminster Then & Now When the new Presbyterian Church was being built services were held in the Grange Hall and the summer daily vacation bible school met there too. This picture show the minister, Mr. William J. Gregory, picking up children for the school. Included are two teachers, Mrs. mcClelland and her daughter, Lucille. In the background is the ground now used for Fire Station #1 and Fireman's park. The Grange Hall is behind the camera.
