Dr. Richard Russell, MD (1931) First Mayor of Westminster, from 1911 to 1913; built the first drug store in Westminster at 73rd and Bradburn. Donated land for the Fireman's Park. He later moved to Arvada, was mayor and bought an office/home on Grandview & Wadsworth. B&W |
