Ron moved to Westminster in 1947 and started working for the town in 1952, he worked for the City each summer during high school and college for 5 years holding many jobs from mowing lawns to trimming trees. Started full time with the City in 1960 in the Public Works Department. Worked in the City Manager's office from 1960 to 1965.assistant city manager and acting city manager.
